Buds charging unevenly?

Has anyone had issues with one bud charging properly and the other lagging? They are 3 FE buds, and one will be fully charged and the other only at 35%. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

First, please make sure there is no dirt or debris on the charging contacts of either the case or the earbuds. Are both earbuds seated properly in the case? Do you notice any physical damage to the case or either earbud?
Have you run the diagnostics test to check the charging status? Is it always the same earbud that does not charge completely, and does it eventually reach a full charge?
