How to know galaxy smartphone is refurbished or brand new? Phone INFO App showing refurbished. I purchased it from Flipkart on 26th April 2023. Please help what to do.

Model name- Samsung F14 5g.

No scratches phone box was also sealed pack . But on the back side of the phone there was some sticky dust . I ignored that and started using the phone. Now phone lags alot frequent call drops. Display is very dull I feel Display is not original. Now replacement period is over. Sorry for bad English. I am stuck don't know what to do.

Bro, I don't think that you can trust the information shown by that app. But if you doubt that the display is not original or that there is an issue, you should go to a service centre and ask them to check the device. If there is any issue, you can fix it for free under warranty.

Nb: Don't worry about the language. It's good 👍.

Thanks. But it's hurts when you pay full money and received faulty product or refurbished. Don't know who is culprit Flipkart or Samsung or both. I will never buy Samsung product again. Earlier I had Samsung galaxy a50 within a week it's display got faulty then I reached Samsung service center But they are more dumb than me. At the end my hard earned gone. Thanks for support goodbye.

Brother. Do you think samsung service center will accept that my phone is refurbished?? I think no. They all are fraud. If any other way to check refurbished or new pls let me know. I have no time to visit service centre this month. Maybe I will go next month. But I don't have hope they will help me. It's my past experience.

OK brother sorry for blaming. But I had bad experience online consumer complaint. I raised a online consumer complaint against Amazon India for delivering defective product. They registered my grievance and do nothing. So don't compare your situation to others. Maybe your grievance got solved but this doesn't mean it's happening to everyone .
I feel very sad not because that I refurbished phone but for Flipkart. I trust them and they kick my **bleep**. Now I regret not for money but for trusting this fraud company.
Brother Don't take it personally and stop blaming me i know what i am going to do.

What will i get if I am faking it nothing.
My first question was that how do I know samsung smartphone is refurbished or not. So that I can verify before taking any action.
And you pointed out question and blaming me don't write here.
It's not complaint it's called query.

OK brother You are winner. All that you had suggested nothing new to me. If you have any other way to check samsung smartphone refurbished or not kindly let me know. PhoneInfo App showing refurbished for my smartphone. And Don't tell me to go service centre, I will go next month because of some personal issue. I also called samsung customer care number and told that I received refurbished smartphone but they said we can't help you pls contact Flipkart.
