I purchased a S26 ultra in April 2026 and have never been able to get free visual voicemail or any voicemail. I have received 2 phones thinking it was a pro lem with my Verizon carrier. They have rebuilt my email and still doesn't work. Verizon closed my case and stated that it is a well known software bug and not related to manufacturer defect. Help me solve this problem. I've been more than patient and really regret purchasing this phone.

After the last Galaxy update Visual Voicemail won't function for me either. Numerous calls to Verizon and they insist it's software side with no remedy.
