my s25 has been sitting in repair status RECEIVED in Irving TX for over a week. WTF. Now I'm getting stonewalled by Samsung. Can't get a straight answer. Support hangs up on me. I was supposed to get my dead phone (still under warranty) diagnosed and receive a replacement in a couple days.View Post

I have noticed that my battery on my galaxy S25 FE have been rapidly draining faster ever since I updated it to One UI 9 even in idle mode. Is anyone else experiencing this as well and if so is there going to be a update for the it ?. Also I haven't received the security patch of October yet and I hView Post

Brand new ZFold 8. I spend a half hour (or more) setting my home screen icons exactly how I want them. Then I pick up the phone and they have all been set back to 4 deep 5 across, and I have to do it again. A phone to to support was pointless. I've owned three zfolds and have never seen this behavioView Post

Last week my phone started downloading ui9. I logged into this forum to see if any problems and the forum is offline because upgrades?!? HORRIBLE TIMING! Anyway, i paused the download because i didn't want to accidently click yes on install when fully downloaded. Read problems with s24u and ui9. AnyView Post

Still not showing that it's available and it's November 3rd now. I am in the US.I have a standard unlocked S25 and the current update is September 5th. I was recently in the UI9 beta and got the final update after that. Maybe it will come down to resetting the phone if no updates ever show.View Post
