I have encountered a problem w RCS chats function. I started receiving notices on my messages that certain groups were not available. A message to turn on RCS chats. It was already on w a connecting message date on 8/11. After several hours on the phone w the Att bot and two different reps nothing they did fixed my group texts. I finally returned messages to a previous update date and that fix the problem w the groups. The only problem is I am missing a block of messages. Has anyone encountered this or does anyone know if this is a know problem w a certain update.

It's a handshake issue with Jibe servers to carriers.
