Rcs still not working

Had an issue almost a month ago where my rcs messages stopped sending to an ios user, temporarily fixed it by clearing my cache, but i had to clear it every couple days to keep it working, now its saying my messages arent sending, even though they are. Now every day or so, all those messages that say they never sent all send to that ios user all at once. Ive tried everything and cant get it working properly

Go into Google Play store, uninstall Google Messages. It will remove the updates. Then reinstall the updates. RCS messages should start working again to ios users.
Also, go into Settings, then Google Services, then all Services, then to System Services. Might be a few updates there as well.

I would also suggest
reaching out to your carrier. Could be a weak connection to RCS on their end.
