Samsung routes satellite capabilities directly through carrier networks (like T-Mobile's Starlink Direct to Cell or Verizon/AT&T options). If your specific mobile plan doesn't include satellite roaming, the option will show as unavailable or restricted.

Satellite access  is a carrier feature and you must not only have a carrier that supports satellite connectivity, you must also be on a plan tier that includes it.  The phone is capable of supporting it if your carrier and plan do.

But, are you on a plan that includes it?  if so, you will have to contact Verizon for troubleshooting.  This is what I see in my connection settings.  I have T-Mobile, and my plan does not include satellite access.  I imagine If I did, that blurb would say "Starlink".

I know how it works, I just chose a plan that didn't have it included, because I want nothing to do with Starlink if it can be avoided.

Did you speak with store personnel or tech support or account services? This is a carrier feature and if it's included in your plan, then it should be active. What does it say in your connection settings?

And, what did they say?  Are you on a plan that includes it?  Please, if you want assistance, you have to give details, not short answers.

If you have T-Mobile you need to have the Beyond plans to have this feature. Also there's not a button to switch it on or off, it's automatic
