The touch screen function doesn't work on my Type-C Monitor.

17. 3 inch verbatim monitor and my s25 Fe Galaxy us what i was usung it with through type c with external separate ppl ower supply! The USB connected prompt drop down or pop up whatever you call it does not show up with the external power source connected but if I just hook up the data cord it pops up but the phone can't push the power enough power to run the monitor. Like I said I was literally using it when I updated the one you I-9 and that's when this function quit working the touch screen and the USB notification won't pop up

I get perfect picture I mean it works great as an extra screen but the touch function won't work and I've noticed that pop-up does not come up saying USB connected I've disabled auto blocker I have cleared cash on everything I know to do I've tried everything. Verizon told me that it probably needed a patch since the update
