Do you need picture in picture? You can turn it on when you do and off when you don't. Or turn it off just for Facebook. Settings/apps, tap dot menu, select special access. Tap picture-in-picture and when the list of apps comes up, toggle off Facebook. In the same special access settings you can either/or turn off "appear on top". I have always had appear on top off for Facebook, but I do have PIP on. First try turning off appear on top for Facebook and see if that helps. If it does, you can leave PIP on. Also, since it may be a PIP window, can you actually long press and move it to another location?
