Open Settings on your phone.

Tap Connected Devices.

Select Quick Share.

Set Who can share with you to No one or turn off nearby device scanning options to clear active suggestions from your sharing menu

Tried all that but a suggestion in that panel is my phone. Why would I share a photo on that phone...to that phone? Makes no sense!
