I’ve had the qs700f soundbar for about 3 months and up until the latest firmware update 1100.4 was working great. Now it turns off and then back on again totally at random, I have tried earc, WiFi and Bluetooth and resets itself whichever connection method I use. I have been in contact with customer services about 5 times over the last 2 weeks, being told my issue is being escalated to senior technicians and would hear back off them within 48-72 hours, but 2 weeks and not a word from these so called experts.
I have done all the troubleshooting steps customer service have told me to do, but no avail. I just feel like they do not want to admit it is an issue and sort it out.

I will do, however if it’s anything like it has been so far, I won’t get very far.

This same thing is suddenly happening to me (Q990F soundbar) and now I am also wondering if it is related to the firmware update. I've put in a support request but haven't heard back, so will try ringing tomorrow.

I finally got them to accept a return on my soundbar and it has now been picked up for repair, so we shall see how it goes.

Had no issue before and try to do many changes on my router but no luck whatever i do even changed router but problem won´t go away. No other problem with my other stuf that goes on wifi. Even tryed to install update manual but in the display it say s i got latest version so it won´t restall it. So Samsung do something about this problem or i will demand refound and return my system

You will probably need to have it repaired under warranty, if lucky they may refund you.
My soundbar went in for repair and needed a new mainboard as the latest firmware had basically bricked it.
Samsung arranged a third party repair company to collect, repair and return my soundbar, all done within 4 working days, so not bad. I am based in the uk so depending on where in the world you are, Samsung have different ways in sorting repairs. But best of luck and hope all goes well.
