Hi , I have forced a restart, cleared cache on every app , when I restart it , it goes back to normal for about an hour then goes wrong again .

with the message it seems you are in Safe Mode so would need to come out of it by pressing / holding Power Key and restarting unless there is some issue with the button as mentioned. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/

However you may need to Factory Reset after obviously backing up.

You could try uninstalling any apps you've recently installed. Just a guess.

For safe mode i once damaged a side button meaning it was always in safe mode. Is it possible that your phone has a shortcut for safe mode which the update has interfered with? That is probably unlikely though. Maybe you could try wiping the system partion cache not just app cache. Im not sure how to do it but maybe check a youtube tutorial or google or samsung support it may be able to help.

Just to mention that you can no longer wipe the cache partition manually, (changed in Modern Devices after February update)utilising Android Runtime and basically handled by the system.
