Hi every one, apologies if this has been done to death already but getting frustrated!

recently purchased a 65” OLED S93 4k. I have paired that with a QS 700F soundbar. Have tried all diff ways to try and get the Q symphony working but no go. Message states “no device found” when I try to select Q symphony in settings.

initially I tried using Bluetooth but a moderate amount of searching and a frustrating call to Samsung, reveals connection needs to be by either Wi-Fi or HDMI. The TV is definitely connected to the wi if network but I can’t figure out how to get the soundbar on the same network. Is this the best way to do it or should I go straight for a hardwire with an HDMI cable?

Failing that is just a case of the TV and soundbar being incompatible?

Did you read my post? The model number is there? Q93F 65” OLED. Compatibility wise that’s the question I'm asking the community. There Appears to be conflicting info on compatible units

Maybe you should have checked compatibility before purchasing.

I recall when I purchased my Q900 for Q symphony to work, meaning I returned the Q600 and Q700 did not support it.

Are you using eARC and a decent HDMI 2.1 cable
