My a14 lte even though it gas no games, its battery rises up to a staggering 42°C even without any apps running in the background and especially when it is changing. It even happens when im doing basic tasks like "watching YouTube and making phone calls" like seriously. Can someone tell me why?

Battery will heat up when you charge it and use the device simultaneously. If your room temperature is high, the phone will begin to overheating. Try to not use the device while charging or disable fast charging
