I think you need to go to your nearest Service Provider store or give them a call, so they can assist you with your E-sim.

You need to go back to your provider to setup again e-sim , thats the draw back

I had this issue and went to Globe and they told me to try restarting the phone.... After rebooting, the e-sim signal came back
