After full charge and draining battery base fully until projecter gets off then battery base is not getting charge again even after continues charge for 24 hrs.

LED indicator will blink at 1st diode and battery base won't get charge again. Samsung must accept this problem as battery base bug and should replace it with latest battery base without this problem as the price of battery base is not small amount eventhough it is an accessory and technician also not well trained and should release at least teardown video for same if possible.

I did that and there is a mention on my purchase invoice that Battery Base has 1 year gaurantee and i purchased it in South Africa does it will be replaced here in India?

Hi Customer Support member
I did same as suggested above but the member responded misunderstand query for samsung ear bud instead of freestyle battery base as i said earlier samsung technical team is not trained well for the freestyle battery base queries and i have 1year Garantee on my battery base on purchase but does it will qualify same in India as i am not finding any technical person from samsung capable of under standing freestyle battery base problems.

Freestyle battery base (Accessory) was made in South Korea and sold in South Africa or India the warrenty / garantee given should be coverd across world right but why it is coverd in purchased country only ? If that is the case then they should have made it in South Africa and in India seperately right by having their own plants according to country?
