‎Freestyle Projector battery blinking issues

Over a year using samsung freestyle projector with external battery base. But the battery stopped working twice in a year. May be some manufacturing diffects. I have researched and found that many other users accross the globe faces same issue. Samsung team must look into the matter.

It is not helping as the technician is not really trained to check battery base of the freestyle.
