I purchased the freestyle battery base last year in october , havn't used much but i tried to charge the base last night only one light is blinking even after 2 hours of charging .. why company is not solving the issue as many customers are facing the same problem after some months , why we are not getting any help from samsung service store ..

Only one light is flashing even after hours of charging..
