I have a Book4, Snapdragon Elite X. Within the last 10 months or more, many Windows Updates fail to install. I have had reputable technicians login remotely. Just ordered this to replace my ever so slower and slower lagging Acer that's 7 years old and somebody put Windows 11 on it, and the battery is *** so I can't take it anywhere.
