Facial Recogniton not working

Without knowing what you have tried, the first suggestion is that you go through your settings in terms of resetting making sure you have at least one working option so you don't lock yourself out. The second is the recommended search option, top right of the Community page. The third is Samsung help. Go to bottom right of the Community page and click on Support and choose from the options. My personal preferred way is to go to Google Advanced Search (where you can exclude a number of useless hits). Also if you have AI, depending on which you use you will get the best results sometimes providing step by step action options. Google "Samsung phone facial recognition not working* and only add your model information if you get too many hits.
