I recently got the Odyssey Ark 55 and was setting it up and have run into a weird issue. Im following the setup instructions to a T and when I got to the point where you take the vertical piece of the stand and snap it in place, then rotate it 90 degrees to tighten a screw, the screw wont tighten.
