Monitor is A Monitor 1st, Not TV!

I have 2 Samsung Monitors, the M80F and Odyssey OLED G8 (G80SD). I had them both starting on the last app when I turn on the monitor, but today my M80F kept opening Samsung TV Plus at the start and this one didn’t or no longer had “Open last open app”. I can’t recall but if it didn’t I had the open start option unchecked and it automatically opened last used app. So instead of my MONITOR opening to my PC it opened up like a TV. 

In order for me to fix I had to disable Samsung TV Plus. “Open last app on Start Up” should be on every Samsung tv and especially monitor. My PC was up to date with updates so this randomly just started.
