Hello Samsung Development and Support Team,
I would like to submit an important software (firmware) improvement suggestion for the 55-inch Samsung Odyssey Ark monitor.
Currently, when using the Multi View feature in horizontal (landscape) mode with two concurrent screens, the system strictly forces the images to be centered in the middle of the display or splits them side-by-side (left/right).
Because this is a massive 55-inch monitor, centering these two screens vertically forces the user to constantly tilt their head up, which severely hurts usability and ergonomics. The ideal user experience would be the ability to drag, snap, or lock both of these active windows together to the bottom edge of the monitor, leaving the top space black/empty—very similar to what is already possible with a single screen using the Flex Move Screen feature.
Please consider adding this layout option ("snap to bottom" for dual screens in Multi View) in an upcoming Tizen OS update for the Odyssey Ark. This would drastically improve viewing comfort and productivity for everyone who works or games in horizontal mode.
Thank you very much for your attention and for listening to user feedback.
Best regards,
