I bought a TV in Costco a 75 inch the frame TV and with the purchases said that I was supposed to get a promo code for my bezel and all I had to do was register and wait seven days for my email it’s been almost 2 months and I still haven’t received any email. I call and I get in contact with everybody and they say oh yes, you should be getting your email and nothing ever happens

Unfortunately it is a Samsung problem, because when purchasing the tv online it says that you get a qualifying $200 Bezel with purchase and you need to redeem it at Samsung.com, then when we received the tv it had a card that says in order to get the bezel you need to register the tv and within 7 days you get your promo code, it’s been more than a month and I did everything but haven’t received anything
