Just recieved our Samsung "The terrace" outdoor TV. We plan on plugging the TV, the Dish Joey and a sound board into a waterproof surge protector. We plan on putting these devices into a plastic Tupperware container to keep any rain out. Worried that the plastic container will be too hot. Any thoughts and what do other people do for outdoor setups?

Thanks for the links and information. We had already research what we needed for the outdoor TV. Purchased the Terrace outdoor cover along with a moveable stand prior to having the TV delivered. Our concern was how to protect the Dish TV joey from the weather, when the Dish technician arrived to install the joey box, he was surprised to see that we were going to place in a Tupperware container. We were concerned about it overheating, the TV, stand and components are not in direct sunlight. Dish technician stated he had no problems with the joey being in the Tupperware container. Thanks for you response.
