My Samsung wf45t6000aw washer lights up but after pressing and holding the start button, nothing happens. I have unplugged the power cable for 5 minutes multiple times to no avail. I have drained the emergency drain hose and have cleaned the filter.  I have verified the door is closing securely and the child lock is not turned on. After running the diagnostics, I received error code 9C2.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

    Hello Members_oZhpnQl,

We absolutely understand your concern regarding the error code being displayed and from the information you've provided @kimberleigh is correct. From the specification sheet within our e-manual page.59, the voltage requirement is 120V. The voltage being 118V is causing the error code as the washer is detecting low voltage. Low voltage can affect the washer's performance, and we encourage you to contact an electrician as they can inspect the washer's connected outlet, test the voltage, check the circuit breaker, or even inspect the outlet wiring.

Unplug the washer for 5 min then try again. Its a voltage error. It could be the house circuit breaker that is supporting the washer and if its not 120V it shows this error. Start by unplugging it for 5-10 min

I have unplugged the washer multiple times and even left it unplugged for a whole day. I have also used a multimeter to check the voltage on the outlet which shows 118V.
