The dryer rack is inside the exact model that I purchased, a Samsung MultiSteam MoistureSensor SmartThings model DVE50BG8300V. Here is a picture of the rack in the dryer on the Lowe’s display floor. The rack itself does not have a model number but clearly fits this dryer.
I bought brand new dryer and the store had to order it but it was not come with dryer rack. I tried to look online for dryer rack of model DVE50BG8300VAC but no luck. Where can I purchase it?

Samsung has the worst customer service. I just sent them a chat about the drying rack and they basically told me cant help u, here's our parts dept. Wish I had never bought Samsung.
