Galaxy watch 4 Issue

I bought my Watch 4 at Walmart about a year ago and noticed, after I got One UI 8, that it is now incredibly slow. To the point where the animation of the Samsung logo fading when the watch is powering off takes 10 seconds to fade. Also, it just doesn't enjoy connecting to my S25 FE; it disconnects randomly, and I need to go to the Wearable app on the phone to connect once every 30 minutes. And the battery might as well be nonexistent. I go to sleep with it fully charged and wake up with 0 percent, completely ruining the point of sleep tracking. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.
