Hello, I currently have the S26 Ultra device. Lately I've noticed that when I go to an older note in the Samsung Notes app and just read over and scroll through what i wrote before exiting out of it, the note will then move to the top of the app/screen. And it'll say that it was just edited, even though I added nothing new to it at all. I've tried deleting the note's cache and data, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and putting the note itself in read mode. Nothing seems to work. Is there something that can be done to fix this?

It sounds like Samsung Notes is marking the note as edited just because you're opening or viewing it. Since you've already tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, and using read mode, it could be a bug in the current app version. Check if there's an update available for Samsung Notes. If it's already up to date, you can report the issue through Samsung Members so the support team can look into it.

Thanks for your response! I do wonder if there's a bug because it's never done this before. I've usually been able to just view my notes without them being edited after the fact. I don't see any available updates for the app so far, and I also tried contacting Samsung's customer service chat directly. However, I am willing to try reporting the issue through Samsung Members!
