I receive voicemail notifications every few minutes , but there are no new voicemails. I have checked my voicemail, and there are no new messages. Despite putting it on silent notification it still make noise i cant get it.
I am having this problem since i switch to samsung. My google pixel never gave this problem. I checked with my teclo and tried all the tips samsung forum provides. It still happening. My question to samsung why you lock the voicemail notification from turning off. Attach screenshot tells the whole story if samsung wont grayout voice mail notication we can simply turn it off.

Voicemail is a carrier issue. You should contact your carrier. This has happened on occasion with LTE watches, but had been solved. I haven't heard of it happening with a phone. However, @Pianodude58 may have a point. You would still have to consult your carrier to reset your mailbox.

I am using Circle life in Singapore. They told me there is no voicemail on my account. And I have this telco for last 10 years and never had a voicemail. I never had this problem until i bought this s26fe.
To confirm my doubt I reactivated my esim back on my old pixel and i had no issue.
This is so anoying as it triggering notification many times in day and night with sound, althought i have make it silent. So i finaly decided to make this samsung a second phone. My old pixel is working fine with same esim.
Pls dont suggest me to clear cache i have done that all.

I'm sorry, you are in Singapore. You have reached the U.S. Members forum. The focus here is on U.S. devices and carriers. You may be better off locating a members forum in your area, where you may find more informed help: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite/
