I really dislike the display with the UI 9 update. Is there any way to revert it back visually?

I hate how everything is floating and overlapping. I just want to clearly defined start and end point. I hate the way the clock app looks now. The menu bar is floating over the alarms, for example. I preferred it before just fixed at the bottom of the screen.

The new display looks more like an iPhone but I specifically got rid of my iPhone because I hate the user interface. I wish Samsung would stop copying iPhone.

Also my battery is draining much faster since the latest update. My phone gets overheated more quickly.

I understand I can't roll back the update. But I remember years ago I was able to change the display back to look like what it did before if that makes sense.
