One UI 9 Bug? Triple-Tap Magnification Causes Scrolling and Swiping Issues on Galaxy S26

Hi everyone,

I recently discovered a frustrating issue with my Galaxy S26 that started immediately after updating to One UI 9. I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same problem.

The issue:

Since the update, scrolling and swiping have become inconsistent and unpredictable.

For example:

• When swiping between home screen pages, the phone sometimes doesn't respond, leaving me on the same page.

• When scrolling through websites, the scrolling speed sometimes feels unusually fast or slow.

• Swipe gestures occasionally don't register properly, even though I'm using the phone exactly as I did before the update.

I think I found what's causing it!

After troubleshooting, I discovered that the issue is directly related to this accessibility setting:

Settings → Accessibility → Vision enhancements → Magnification → Magnification shortcut → Triple-tap screen

When Triple-tap screen is enabled, the scrolling and swiping issues occur even when magnification isn't actively being used!

As soon as I disable Triple-tap screen and select a different shortcut (such as Tap Accessibility button), everything works normally again.

I've tested this multiple times, and the behavior is consistent.
