No, im not trolling. The functionality of this new phone is terrible. The voice input keeps switching between Google and Samsung without me going near those settings. The row of suggested words above the numbers disappeared today. Someone replied that the microphone can be relocated and to my knowledge, it can only be removed from the lower left corner, not relocated. There is no microphone symbol in the custom symbols box. I guess the most frustrating things are how after I finally find the settings I want to change, I make the changes and they later revert back. I have adjusted the screen touch sensativity and still have to double or triple tap letters. I have had Galaxy phones long enough to know a ****bleep**** when it's in my hands. So, kindly save your judgment for someone else.

I installed the screen protector the other day. Prior to installing, I tried to lightly buff away a scratch and the spot illuminated bright green and has remained that way. The camera focus SUCKS. My prior phone took crystal clear, sharply focused pics. The suggested text, spell check are both currently "ON" yet neither are working.

Another thing i forgot to mention. Half the times I get in my car, Android Auto will not connect automatically OR manually. Never a problem with old phone.

This phone is JUNK.
