I'm not certain if this app is a Samsung app or Google Play app. It came with both my S21 & S26. I use it all the time and need to transfer the notes.
I tried Smart switch and there was no transfer of the notes.
Here's a photo of the app. Opps, no photo upload. It's a white background app with a blue circle inside the white background and inside the blue circle is a white board with lines (for writing). When in Google play store searching "My notes", this photo of app doesn't appear. Thank you

Hello Jacquelynn1, thanks for reaching out to Samsung Community! We understand how frustrating this must be and would be happy to assist. Based on you not being able to see the Samsung Notes app in Smart Switch then, we recommend that you use Samsung Cloud to get your Notes on your new device.
Open Samsung Notes app on your old phone
Tap Menu in the top left corner and select Settings
Enable Sync with Samsung Cloud
On your new device, log into the same Samsung Account
Open the Samsung Notes app
Open settings and enable Sync with Samsung Cloud
Your notes should appear automatically
