Did you switch providers?

Try using Smart Switch on a PC to look for the update!

So even if the OTA update says I'm up to date, I can update through smart switch? I've been having the issue where it tells me I'm up to date when checking OTA

Yes, if there is an update to be had, Smart Switch can trigger it.

Smart switch on PC. Mine did the same thing. Then update like normal and restore from Google back up to get everything back the way you like it.
