AI features enabled by default on One UI 9

I have just updated my device to One UI 9 and I came to realize that all the AI features came pre-enabled. Including, much more worryingly, the option to only process data locally, which is disabled by default.

In what world did someone think it was even remotely acceptable or a good idea to set up the device like this? Pretty sure it's even unlawful in some places. Strongly suggest this is reviewed and disabled by default unless the user explicitly agrees to it.
