S25 updates everyday and changes settings

My Samsung is crazy and it appears to be the worst experience I've ever had with a phone. My fiancee hates hers too!!! It seems to update everyday or so and it changes all of your settings to what "they," want you it to be. I can't wait till these phones are payed for so we can do something else. By the way, I'm specifically talking about the S25 from Samsung and Verizon is my carrier.
