Recently I updated my s25ultra to one ui 9, I noticed after updating system apps uses locations everytime I turn on my phone. I feel like it's always on by system apps. Is it only me or anyone else noticed this. If you know more give me your suggestions.

If you have location services enabled (and you should), the system apps will near constantly be pinging your location.  This is necessary for the find app and things like weather, trusted places, any routines you are running,  and time zones to work properly.  When you start up your phone, the system accesses the location to orient itself to where you are. This is normal and designed behavior. You can turn the notification icon off in settings.  Go to settings/location/location services and turn off the slider for "show status bar icon for system apps".  You will only see the icon when other apps where you have allowed location permission are using your location.  In this same setting, you can also see which apps have recently used your location.  You can turn location off, but then you won't be able to get map directions, get accurate weather or find your device if you misplace it.
