I have visual voicemail that I pay for and all my calls are going to voice recording and it will not let me play them. I have missed multiple important calls. Is anybody having a problem?

1) Navigate to Settings > General Management.
2) Tap Reset > Reset Mobile Network Settings. (Note: This will reset cellular connections but won't wipe your data).
