I have my contacts named in English, and when I try to save a number to an existing contact and search by his name, I find nothing.
I must scroll manually untill I find him in the contacts list, the search doesn't work with any contact I have on my phone.
My S24 Ultra software & apps are all up-to-date.
Is there a fix?

I have no issue with searching my contacts. Have you tried clearing the cache from the contacts app? Are you aware that if you slide your finger down the extreme right side of the screen, you will get a letter scroll to rapidly scroll to the selection you need?

Yes, tried clearing cache and didn't fix the ussue.
And yea I know the swipe feature, but I don't want a temporary solution to a simple small feature that should be working on any phone that is intended to be smart...

Did you clear the data as well? Something is jamming up your app, the search feature should be working. The slide is NOT a temporary solution, it's there for ease of scroll and location. However if you'd rather do what you are doing now, rather than use even a temporary fix, then have at it.
Clearing the data will not delete your actual contact data, but it will delete any custom ringtones assigned, and all of your settings for the app and you will have to reapply them. It refreshes the app as if you uninstalled and reinstalled it.
You can try booting into safe mode and seeing if the search works. If it works, you would know some third party app is interfering, as safe mode only loads Samsung and Google apps. If all this fails to solve the issue, put in an error report.
