I tried to take my s pen out its stuck i got it out but the the spring feels messed up i put back in still not working is there anyway to fix without buying a new one

If it's the clicking end with the spring you would need to purchase a new spen since they are not repairable

Have you tried cleaning out the silo? There may be debris in there. I've used the pipe cleaner very gently to clean mine out before.

Its the spring in the s pen i just got back from camping so i thought it was dirty i tried to blow it out
