I've been informed there is a situation with the one ui 9 update that makes a screen pop up and not let users access there homepage.
It was said it's only affected the 24 series.

Check with the developer of the app you use to make sure they have updated their app to be compatible with the update. If your app is not working correctly, that is the fault of the app developer, not Samsung. Each developer is responsible for making sure their apps are compatible with the operating system. If they have not updated their app yet, check for a contact/support link in the app and request support/an updated app.
