Hello, I wanted to leave a complaint because I'm very annoyed with the new AI features of the S Pen. They've made these functions truly awful. Perhaps they aren't the most important features, but I'm very disappointed. For example, erasing objects from photos or text is a real ordeal because the S Pen's AI features have rendered it practically useless, in my opinion. I was really looking forward to buying the latest Samsung phone, but I think I won't.
Also, the fingerprint sensor sometimes fails when the phone's screen turns off automaticall
When I turn it on, the fingerprint sensor doesn't appear. I touch the screen to see if it appears, but when I swipe, only pattern unlock is available. I don't know what Samsung based this on. Why did they have to change the original S Pen functions if they didn't even add any new ones? I don't expect the stylus to improve. I'd rather switch carriers; it's pathetic that Samsung is changing the feature

The user interface 8.5. I was very comfortable with the previous factory features, but this didn't improve anything; quite the opposite.

If I do that, it also saves as much space as possible on my phone, but I'm starting to think all these problems are factory defects. Sometimes it even disappears from my keyboard taskbar. Samsung Passwords, and I have to restart my phone for it to reappear, because otherwise I can't find that app anywhere.

Yes, I had to enable pattern lock and facial recognition. The problem with the fingerprint sensor persists, and I also had to restart the phone because sometimes the Samsung Passwords shortcut disappears from my keyboard's taskbar and isn't listed in the settings, so I have to restart it when that happens.

Are you looking for a specific setting that has changed with your spen? You can turn the AI off if you are not into all of that. All of the spen functions are still there they have just been moved around a bit. I would be more than happy to help you find those settings if you would like 😊 And I have personally upgraded from the s24u then 25u and now the s26u. The upgrades have been noticeable to say the least and have been leaps and bounds from previous models.
Also with your finger print issue, do you have finger print always on turned on? That would make the finger print disappear also if it goes into lock down mode you will be asked for your pass code instead. Depending on the time frame from when you past used your finger print it could be the inactivity lock out which is a security feature. You may want to run diagnostics on your finger print reader if it is none of those troubleshooting tips. Let me know if you would like some further assistance as I am always happy to help ❤

Thank you for your response and suggestions, I appreciate it. Yes, I've already done what you suggested, but the problem is that when I turn it off, the intelligence function for the S Pen doesn't work without it. I have to turn it back on because otherwise, none of the S Pen functions appear.
