They have the hardware to use Wifi 7, but the software is artificially blocking the phones from using it.
S23 and S23+ don't have the hardware to use Wifi 7, and the S25 and S25+ do have the hardware and can use it. The S24 and S24+ have the hardware, but can't use it due to software restrictions. Why those restrictions are there, I'm not sure. Parity with non-US S24's?
