Google play says I have no devices and I am unable to add new devices. I've had Google messaging for decades. I have Google mail. I have items I downloaded on Google Play in the past. I've tried everything. I need the update to switch from Samsung messaging to Google messaging. Google Play refuses to give me the messenger update.
