I have always had a 5 to 10 minute delay in getting notifications specifically from the Members app. I don't know why, but it's really not an issue for me, just a little annoyance - as long as I eventually get the notifications. To my knowledge all my other notifications come in a timely manner.
As soon as I got the UI 9 update I turned my phone off and back on and now everything loads fast and I reset the memory with device care it cleared the memory not saying this will work for everyone but it worked for me
