I have emergency calls only & no service I've tried everything but nothing work mobile network reset,reinstated the Sim card,turn on h off the air mode HELP ME PLEASE 🙏

Are you using the official USPS format for your address? Some apps prefer the official address. In my community the addresses we use to get our mail differs from the official USPS version, and sites where I add my address, always ask to revert to the USPS version. The Post Office delivers our mail correctly anyway when we tell people how it should be addressed, but the e911 address should follow the PO convention, that's where EMS will look for you.

Do you have the option for wi-fi calling in your settings? Is it greyed out or available to toggle on? Does your carrier support wi-fi calling? It's a carrier supported feature. You cannot make wi-fi calls, even if supported by your phone and your carrier until you enter a valid e911 address. If you have all that, then you should contact your carrier for assistance. You said you reset your mobile network, did you also reset your wi-fi networks?
