I have stopped receiving voicemail icon notifications. I have tried all the suggestions from AI, but nothing has worked. In the phone app, the voicemail tab has been "grayed out" so it cannot be turned off or on. I've cleared data cache, reset mobile settings, restarted phone and more, but nothing.

Thanks for the suggestion. I called my carrier and they did exactly what you suggested.
