So there is a documented known issue with these phones antennas causing no service and full wifi dependency and nothing is being done? I gotta receive a refurbished phone from Tmobile now when our phones should be fixed for free? Like really. This how they do loyal samsung users?

This issue is typically caused by a faulty flex cable and can be replaced.
Samsung offered free repairs for faulty antennas on the S22U during the limited one year warranty period. Warranty repairs are only performed on devices with confirmed manufacturing defects. These defects have been documented but have not occured at a broad enough scale to trigger an official free repair program.
Because the S22 series is now 4 years old and is approaching end-of-life (software support fully ends in early 2027, S22 series users may consider consider upgrading their devices or visiting a certified Samsung repair center to have the flex cable repaired.

As for the "forced updates," all Samsung users agree to updates in the TOS and EULA when they first set up their device. You can review the terms you agreed to by going to Settings > About phone > Legal information
Deleting apps to make space is an issue of storage space. In the future, you may consider purchasing a device with larger internal storage, purchasing cloud storage, or using an external drive to offload files.
I can personally assure you that the latest version of One UI is the best, most customizable, and most fluid version of Samsung software I have ever experienced.

Mine has done this same thing. It comes and goes almost like software is causing it. Shame on samsung. It's the only brand I've owned since the early rugged active devices they offered which are now discontinued. Even Apple has way better support. Tell me why i should keep buying this garbage!
