Hello Samsung Community Moderators,

I am requesting an internal escalation to the Samsung Checkout / Anti-Fraud Engineering Team regarding a persistent server-side account lock that local support channels have been unable to resolve for 30 days.

Error Code: B7002/P/40VWY

Issue Description: In-app purchases via Galaxy Store fail immediately. The 3D Secure OTP and bank verification succeed, but Samsung Checkout drops the transaction on the server side.

Root Cause: A false-positive security trigger caused by a concurrent payment request between the Secure Folder environment and the main profile.

Troubleshooting Done: Local support suggests factory resetting, but as a software developer, I know local client resets cannot clear a server-side HWID / Account security flag. System logs were already submitted via Members 30 days ago without progress.

Account and Device Info:

Device Model: Samsung Galaxy S22

Error Code: B7002/P/40VWY

Could an official Samsung Moderator please open an internal escalation ticket with the global Checkout / Risk team to manually clear the B7002 flag on my account?

Thank you for your assistance.

You being a software developer means you must be somewhat tech savvy. You don't put sensitive information in a public forum. Your Email and IMEI should be edited out of this post.

Good morning @JSRust, and thank you for reaching out.  Unfortunately Samsung In-App Purchase V4 in the Galaxy Store was discontinued on 7/31/2026.  Apps that were not updated will have limitations when it comes to making purchases or redownloading.

Make sure that the applications are the latest version listed in the Galaxy Store. If you are still having issues after, you'll need to contact the developer using the sellers e-mail at the bottom of the apps detail page.

You did it again, why would you put your IMEI in a post. DM the moderator with that info.

Still no resolution or update from moderation after 2 weeks. The issue has been escalated directly to global Store/Partner operations via official channels. B7002 anti-fraud lock remains active on the backend.
